At Eclipse Manufacturing Corporation (Eclipse) we recognize the
value of privacy. This policy outlines the steps we take to safeguard
your privacy and what we do with the information we collect from
you, our customers and visitors.
Information We Collect
The scope of the Eclipse services makes it important to retain certain
data.
Individual and personal visitor (those who visit the site, but do
not purchase items at our site) information is never retained or
tracked for purposes other than in a generic data format to gather
trends and statistics for the improvement of our Web site. Personally
identifiable data is not gathered in these instances.
Customer (those who purchase items from Eclipse) information
is retained for the purposes of processing orders and for communication
regarding those orders via telephone, US mail, or email.
Eclipse also retains the data inserted by customers within Customer
Accounts for the convenience of users that desire an account
for quicker checkout. We do not retain credit card data from purchase to purchase
or within Customer Accounts for your protection. Credit card
information must be inputted each time an order is placed within our Web site.

must be in place to enable the checkout processes. We do not retain
credit card information within our Customer Account databases for
your safety. Because of this, each time a customer makes a purchase
at Eclipse, they must input credit card information. The Customer
Account data may be used to retrieve your password when you request
it, and it is also used to automatically fill in your information
when you make a purchase if you are logged in to your account.

Eclipse will not rent or sell any of your information to anyone,
for any reason. Eclipse will not share your information with any
other party, except when legally required in order to comply when
presented with subpoena, warrants, or court orders.

your security during online purchases, Eclipse Manufacturing Corporation

Accounts that do not store credit card data, to ensure unsurpassed

before it passes through the Internet and as it travels through the Internet's hubs to its destination.
SSL certificates can be verified by the lock icon at the bottom of

certificate to ensure that the certificate is valid and belongs to
the Web site you are visiting.
Eclipse uses the GeoTrust SSL certificate,
which verifies our identity and encrypts your data, for you
peace of mind during online transactions with us. This certificate
guarantees that your personal information is being transmitted
in secure (encrypted) form to our Eclipse web server. GeoTrust is a leading provider of Internet trust services.

Eclipse does not endorse and is not liable for the methods of Third-Party
links contained within its site. These links are placed within our
site for the convenience of our Visitors and/or Customers. Therefore,
site Visitors and/or Customers hereby hold Eclipse harmless for the
Third-Party links found on its site. Eclipse advises all Web users
to be aware of the sites they visit and to be familiar with the policies
of each of those sites for their own protection, since the protection
of our specific policy ends when you leave our site.
Purchases by Minors
The Eclipse Web site was created and is maintained for the express
use of those over eighteen (18) years of age. Eclipse will never
knowingly retain a minor’s personal information and does not
target for marketing purposes those less than eighteen (18) years
old. A minor’s purchase is assumed by Eclipse to be made with
the consent of an adult legal guardian. Therefore, Customers, site
Visitors, and/or Guardians hereby agree that Eclipse will not be
held liable for a minor’s use of our Web site. In the event
a guardian finds that a minor has used the Eclipse site AND inserted
personally identifiable information, the guardian may contact
Eclipse in writing via certified mail in order to have the contents

enquiries/communications or account enquiries/communications. Further,
those defined in this paragraph agree to hold Eclipse Manufacturing

Under no circumstances shall Eclipse Luggage Corporation

In the event Eclipse Manufacturing Corporations is brought
before the courts, all legal proceedings will be held in the State
of North Carolina and governed by the laws of North Carolina in the
county of Madison.
